Online and offline access

Prepare this device

Open this page online with your own staff account to refresh the product and stock snapshot. Offline access follows your role: All active staff can prepare sales; Cashiers, Managers and Owners can approve downloaded invoices or complete paid sales. Other staff sales stay pending until approval. Permitted staff can record purchases or expenses. Central stock and accounts are updated only after a successful sync. Conflicts stay on the device for review.

Use one designated device for offline selling. Other devices may sell the same stock while disconnected. Keep this device secure and do not clear browser data while sales are waiting to sync.

To install on Android, use Chrome’s menu → Add to Home screen / Install app.

Activate synchronization

Run Offline Setup SQL once in Supabase. Transactions sync with the same staff account that recorded them. Current permissions are checked again during sync. New staff and product changes, farm records, credit sales, supplier credit, refunds and accounting reports still require internet.
